If you're experiencing issues logging in with Touch ID or fingerprint login, try the following: Basic Troubleshooting Make sure that: Touch ID or fingerprint login is enabled on your device You're using the same finger you normally use to unlock your phone You may need to re-enable Touch ID/fingerprint login if: The feature hasn't been used on your device in the past 48 hours The Virgin Bet app hasn’t been used in the past 10 days Your device has been restarted or reset The app needs updating to the latest version Supported Devices iOS (Apple) • Touch ID is available on iPhone 5S and newer• Requires iOS 8 or laterAndroid • Fingerprint login is supported on devices running Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or newer• Your device must have a working fingerprint sensor How to Enable Fingerprint Login On iOS (Apple devices): Go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode Enable Touch ID and add your fingerprint(s) Open the Virgin Bet app and log in On Android: Go to Settings > Security > Fingerprint Register your fingerprint Return to the Virgin Bet app and log in ❗ Note: Some Android menus may label the fingerprint feature differently. Setting Up or Removing Fingerprint Login in the App When logging into the app, you’ll be asked: “Log in with Touch ID/fingerprint next time?” If fingerprint login is enabled on your device, the box will be ticked by default To disable, simply untick the box Log in with your username and password, and you’ll be prompted to scan your fingerprint On your next login, you can use your fingerprint instead Security & Privacy Do you store my fingerprint data?No. Fingerprint data is stored securely on your device only. Can I use Touch ID/fingerprint on more than one device?Yes, you can enable fingerprint login for your Virgin Bet account on multiple devices. Each device uses its own stored fingerprint(s) for authentication. How do I keep my account secure?Only store your own fingerprints on your device. If someone else’s fingerprint is registered, they could access your Virgin Bet account—just as if they had your password.
