Email Address

1. An email address is a unique identifier used to send and receive electronic mail (email) messages over the internet. It typically follows the format of "username@example.com".
2. Each email address is unique and serves as a means of communication and identification for the user.
3. Email addresses are often required for creating accounts on websites, subscribing to services, and communicating with others electronically.

Locating your registered Email Address:

Next to your balance, you should see a person icon

Click on this, and scroll down until you see “Profile”

When you select “Profile” you will be give 2 options, select “Account Details”

Once you select “Account Details” you will see “email address”

Can this be updated?

You will not have the option to update this on your account, however you can contact a member of the Customer Support team to query this further.

Username

1. A username is a unique name chosen by a user to identify themselves on a system, website, or online service.
2. Unlike email addresses, usernames may or may not contain an email domain. They can be customised based on availability and user preference.
3. Usernames are used primarily for logging into accounts and distinguishing one user from another within a system or community.
4. In some cases, usernames may also be used for communication within a platform, such as in forums or social media platforms.

Where is this located on your account?

Next to your balance, you should see a person icon

Click on this, and scroll down until you see “Profile”

When you select “Profile” you will be give 2 options, select “Account Details”

Once you select “Account Details” you will see “Username”

Can this be updated?

There is no way to change your username. It cannot be updated, edited, or changed.

Password

1. A password is a secret combination of characters (letters, numbers, and symbols) chosen by a user to authenticate their identity and gain access to an account.
2. Passwords are designed to be kept confidential and known only to the user to prevent unauthorised access to their accounts.
3. Strong passwords typically contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters and are recommended to be unique for each account.
4. Passwords are a critical aspect of account security and are often combined with other authentication methods like two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security.

When you select “Profile” you will be give 2 options, select “Account Details”

Once you select “Account Details” you will see “Update Password”

Can this be updated?

Yes, simply select the “Update Password” option and complete the steps. Your password will need to contain:

Upper Case Letter
Lower Case Letter
Number or Special Character
