If you're experiencing issues logging in with Face ID, try the following: Basic Troubleshooting Make sure that: Face ID login is enabled on your device You may need to re-enable Face ID login if: The feature hasn't been used on your device in the past 48 hours The Virgin Bet app hasn’t been used in the past 10 days Your device has been restarted or reset The app needs updating to the latest version Supported Devices • Face ID is available on iPhone X and newer • Requires iOS 11 or later How to Enable Face ID Login Go to Settings Face ID & Passcode Tap Set Up Face ID and follow the on-screen instructions Open the Virgin Bet app and log in Setting Up or Removing Face ID Login in the App Setting Up: When logging into the app, you’ll be asked: “Log in with Face ID next time?” If Face ID is enabled on your device, the box will be ticked by default To disable, simply untick the box Log in with your username and password, and you’ll be prompted to do a Face ID scan On your next login, you can use Face ID instead. Removing: To remove from the Virgin Bet app, login to your account and go to Settings Scroll down to Log In and toggle off Face ID Security & Privacy Do you store my Face ID data?No. Face scan data is stored securely on your device only. Virgin Bet does not store or have access to this information. How do I keep my account secure?Only store your own Face ID on your device. If someone else’s is registered, they could access your Virgin Bet account—just as if they had your password.
