You can request a new one by clicking ‘Forgotten details?’ and doing the following: • Enter your email address and date of birth, then click ‘Continue’.• After doing so, check the email account registered to your Virgin Bet account for our email containing your temporary code.• On the site, click 'Enter temporary code'. Fill in the form using the temporary code and set a new password that meets the requirements.• You can now log in using your new credentials as normal If you’re resetting your password and get an error on the first page, check the details entered are correct. Should you enter your login details incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 20 minutes. If you still encounter problems after trying again, please reach out for assistance.
