How to play

Virgin Bet FIVES is free and simple to play. Log in to view the FIVES page, where you’ll get the chance to reveal up to five players. Your squad will earn you cash for each goal scored in the listed games. Reveal each player at the stated time throughout theround to complete your line-up. 

Once your final squad member has been revealed, our prize wheel will land on the amount you'll receive per goal scored.

Players will contribute when revealed during the stated time window for thatround. If you forget to reveal a player, it won't affect the rest of your squad.

Should you miss your final player, the reward amount will be viewable in the FIVES section at the start of the firstmatch in the round.

FAQs

One or more of my players didn’t play. What happens now?

At the start of each round, we select a pool of footballers we believe will play. When players do not take part for whatever reason, it should be considered part of the game.

I forgot to redeem a player. Is it too late?

Unfortunately, players aren’t allocated if the deadline is missed. Five players are available during a round so check back to reveal your next squad member at the stated time. Players revealed previously remain active.

I revealed an injured player. Can I get someone else? 

Unfortunately, players cannot be substituted. 

Why have I revealed so many defenders? 

The pool is formed of defenders, midfielders and strikers. Players are allocated to customers at random so some squads will be stronger than others.

I missed the final player and the amount reveal. How much do I get?

When do I get paid?

We aim to award any Goal Cash Bonus within 3 hours of that match finishing.

Terms and conditions

1. If you are selected to participate in this offer by Virgin Bet, you will be eligible for the ‘Virgin Bet FIVES’ promotion (the “Promotion”), subject to these Rules.
2. To be eligible for this Promotion, you must:
   a.be 18 years of age or over;
   b.be a resident of Great Britain, and be located in Great Britain when you participate;
   c. be a Member of Virgin Bet who has accepted the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions; and.
   d. not be subject to any responsible gambling restrictions on your Account, including but not limited to outstanding requests for KYC documentation; and
   e. Visit the Virgin Bet FIVES game on the Virgin Bet site and click the ‘Start playing’ button to reveal your assigned Players.
3. Each time a card is revealed on the Virgin Bet FIVES game, you will receive the name and football shirt number of a professional football player (each, a “Player”).
4. If any of the Player/s scores a goal in 90 mins or extra time during the match that is specified on their card, an amount of withdrawable cash will be credited to your account per goal (each, a “Goal Cash Bonus”).
5. You can reveal up to 5 Player/s, one per day, in the 5 days preceding the day or group of days on which football games involving your Player/s take place (a ‘Round). Some new customers may be able to reveal all of their Players on the same day for the Round immediately after they register with Virgin Bet.
6. There is a chance that you will be awarded two players in one day during any given Round. You will only ever be awarded a maximum of 5 Player/s in a Round.
7. Your Player/s cannot be changed or substituted by us or any other Member.
8. The amount of any Goal Cash Bonus will be determined by the spin of a wheel inside the Virgin Bet FIVES game.
9. There is a chance for a multiplier to be applied to the value of the Goal Cash Bonus. This multiplier will reset after each Round.
10. You will not be awarded any Goal Cash Bonus in respect of any goal scored by a Player in any event other than the event specified on the player card.
11. No Goal Cash Bonus shall be awarded where a Player scores an own goal.
12. No Goal Cash Bonus shall be awarded where a Player scores a goal, but that goal is subsequently disallowed.
13. We aim to award any Goal Cash Bonus within 3 hours. In the case of technical difficulties, please allow up to 48 hours from this date for your Goal Cash Bonus to be awarded. If you have not received your Goal Cash Bonus within this timeframe, you may contact our Customer Service Team.
14. If a Player does not participate in the round or the fixture has been postponed, then no Goal Cash Bonus or alternative prize will be awarded in respect of that Player.
15. Where a restriction is applied to your Member account under section 11.6 of the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions or your eligibility to receive the Bonus offered as part of this promotion is otherwise reduced by us under section 7.a. of the Bonus Rules (an “Account Restriction”) after you have placed a Qualifying Bet (where placed before we have notified you of the Account Restriction), you may contact our Customer Service Team to obtain the full number and expected value of any Bonus that you should have been awarded under this promotion, where altered or removed by such Account Restriction. This Rule is subject to our obligations to apply restrictions to Bonuses as necessary to prevent money laundering, fraud or similar unlawful behaviour as set out in the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions.
16. If we detect that any Member has created more than one account (including in order to take part in this offer multiple times, in breach of these Rules); or is claiming Free Bet Tokens or taking part in this offer for the benefit of a group of people, we shall be entitled to close any such accounts (and void any Bonuses (as defined in the Bonus Rules), bets, refunds and/or related winnings).
17. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with or in combination with any other promotion, ‘price boost’ or Bonus offered by Virgin Bet in relation to the event on which you place a Qualifying Bet.
18. Any Member who is self-excluded will not be eligible to participate. Members who self-exclude: (i) during the timeframe of this promotion, or (ii) after the timeframe of this promotion but before any bonus is credited, will not be eligible to win/receive any bonus.
19. Your Goal Cash Bonus, deposit balance (excluding any non-withdrawable bonuses such as Free Bet Tokens), and your winnings (if any) are withdrawable at any time during this Promotion, subject to our rights to temporarily withhold payments as further set out in section 5.6 of the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions There shall be no obligation for you to use the Cash bonus on any betting events or Games.
20. If you opt to participate in this offer, you agree to comply with these Rules, the Bonus Rules and the Virgin Bet Terms and Conditions for the duration of this promotion.
