Withdrawing to a new method
If you wish to withdraw to a new payment method (whether it be because it has expired / been replaced etc.) we would advise to deposit with it firstly and then request a withdrawal.

Your bank account is registered on another Virgin Bet account
For security purposes, it’s not possible to register a bank account on more than one Virgin Bet account, so you’ll need to use an alternative withdrawal method instead. If you have no other way of withdrawing, please contact us.
You’re trying to withdraw less than the minimum amount
