If your card has been lost or stolen, your first step should be to contact your payment provider to report the issue. They will block the card to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

No action is required on our end initially, as your bank will automatically block the card and prevent further deposits from that method. However, once you receive your replacement card, please follow these steps:
1. Register the new card via More > My Account > Deposit
2. Contact our Support team to request the removal of the old (lost/stolen) card
3. Confirm that the new card is the replacement for the previous one

If you don’t notify us that a replacement payment method has been registered, it may cause issues when you try to withdraw funds in the future - especially due to our Net Deposit System, which requires funds to be withdrawn to the original deposit method where possible.
