As an authorised card merchant, we're legally required to keep a record of any and all card transactions we process, including card details, for at least seven years. This is part of our compliance with EU anti-money laundering directives, as well as for auditing purposes.

However, if you’d like to block the use of any card registered to your account, please contact us and we can do this for you. Please note that we cannot prevent a card being registered, we can only block a card once registered.
