The steps to update or change your payment method depend on the reason for the change.Choose the option that applies to your situation below for guidance: Replacing a Payment Method If you’ve been issued a new card (e.g. due to loss, expiry, or a bank update), follow these steps: 1. Register the new payment method: Go to the Deposit tab in your account Select More to add the new card 2. Contact our Live Chat team here: Let them know you’ve added a replacement card Ask for the old card to be removed A short review will be carried out before the old method is removed This step is important to avoid any withdrawal restrictions due to our Net Deposit system.
