If you've moved house we will need to verify the new information. Please send us an email requesting the change at id@virginbet.com, and attach one of the accepted documents listed below;

• An image of a utility bill (electricity, gas or water) 
• Council tax bill or bank statement

Please note that any bill used for identification purposes must be dated within the last three months.

You may use your driving license for address verification, provided it has not already been used for date of birth verification. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
