How do I access my data?
Personal data may include the information provided upon creating your account or subsequently under ‘My account’, financial details registered on your account and actions taken while using our app/website, such as gameplay data.
We aim to make your details easily accessible at all times while keeping your account secure and up to date. You can access your account information in a number of ways:
My details
To view and update your email address, home address, phone numbers and contact preferences, navigate via More > My account > Account details. You will also have the option to subscribe/unsubscribe to our mailing lists.
Account activity
If you wish to review your activity for a longer time period than provided by us, please contact customer support.
Betting history
To view your full history, navigate via More > History > Betting history. This will allow you to view all bets made during the time you specify, which can be filtered by date.
Transaction history
To view your full deposit and withdrawal history, navigate via More > History > Transaction history. You’ll able to view deposits, including failed or refunded ones, along with withdrawals and any pending withdrawals yet to be sent to your payment method.
Reward history
To view your reward history for the last 30 days, navigate via More > History > Bonus information. Please note that not every type of reward will be shown.
Responsible gambling tools
To view your responsible gambling tool settings, including your current limits and how to update them, navigate via More > Responsible gambling.
