What can I do if I think my bet has been settled incorrectly?

• Before placing your bet, please check you’re fully aware of the bet and how it is to be settled.
• Check our rules in relation to the bet you've placed.
• Check your settlement against the official governing body of the sport you've bet on.

What happens if a bet is settled incorrectly? 

If we discover a discrepancy within one of the third-party data feeds providing our settlement information, we will always look to verify this against the official governing body of the sport in question. 

If there is a case for us to resettle bets or amend bet settlement, we will always do so as standard without you having to contact us.
