Fraudulent Activity If deposits have been made on your account without your permission, or made to someone else's Virgin Bet account using your payment details, please alert us immediately. After contacting Action Fraud, report the deposits as fraudulent to your bank or payment provider, along with the crime reference number, and they’ll be able to cancel your cards.
