Should you not wish to log in to your account, it’s possible to remove yourself from our mailing lists by clicking the unsubscribe link contained in our emails.
But if you'd prefer not to receive our promotional emails, you can change your preferences by navigating to More > My account > Account details.
Because they don’t count as promotional material, you’ll still receive automated information emails about withdrawals and account credits. We’ll also still contact you via your registered email address regarding verification or support issues.
With this in mind, please make sure your registered email is one you feel secure using, regardless of whether you're on our marketing mailing lists.
Why am I getting messages when I'm not a customer?
If your account is closed, emails will automatically stop within 24-72 hours.
Please note that if you've never been a customer, we don’t hold your details within our systems and can't email you. Any emails may instead be from a third-party company advertising us, so you may have subscribed without realising through another service.
If you don't wish to receive such emails, you can normally find unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the relevant email.
