• In Training Mode, emails will appear in the inbox highlighted in brown
• In Automatic Mode, emails identified as junk will be sent to your Junk folder

To move an email from Junk to your Inbox:

1. Open the message
2. Tap the Folder icon
3. Select Inbox
   
   

If our emails go to Spam:

1. 1. Open the email
   2. Click the three dots (next to the reply button)
   3. Select Add [Sender] to Contacts list

To manually add our email to your contacts:

1. 1. Click Gmail > Contacts
   2. Click the + (Add Contact) icon
   3. Enter Virgin Bet and our email address
   4. Click Save

❗  Note: Our emails may appear in your Promotions tab instead of your main inbox.

If you haven't received an email from us yet:

1. Click the gear icon > View all Outlook settings
2. Select Mail > Junk email
3. Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add
4. Type VirginBet.com and press Enter
5. Click Save

If our email went to Junk:

1. Open the email
2. Click Not Junk at the top
   
   

1. Right-click our email address in a received message
2. Select Add to Address Book
3. If you haven't received an email yet, you can manually add Virgin Bet to your contacts
   
   

1. 1. Go to Tools > Junk Email Options
   2. Click the Safe Senders tab
   3. Click Add
   4. Add Virgin Bet to your safe senders list

❗  Tip: Enable “Automatically add people I email to the safe senders list” for better filtering.

If a message was marked as junk:
Open the message and click 'Not Junk' to move it to your inbox.

Yahoo does not support adding an entire domain. Instead, add individual email addresses:

1. Go to the Addresses tab
2. Click Add Contact
3. Enter Virgin Bet and our email address
4. Click Save
