Uploading documents for verification When sending documents for account verification (if required), please ensure your picture or file shows the whole of the requested document and that we can read any writing or numbers. To make this process as simple as possible, we provide a number of ways for you to send your documents to us. The most straightforward way to do it is by clicking here. In-app You can also upload documents via our app when logged into your account. Simply navigate to > Profile > Account verification. From here, you can select the document type and upload the required file. Your documents will be processed once received within 48 hours. To avoid any delays, please only send exactly what’s required and ensure all images are clear. Email A popular way is to email clear pictures of your documents to id@virginbet.com.
