What documents can I use to verify my date of birth? We can typically accept a photograph of one of the following: Driving license* (the front of the photocard) Passport (complete picture of the ID/photo page) National ID Card – Both Sides Birth certificate (complete picture of the whole certificate, as long as it’s in your current name) *Please note a driving license can be used for either date of birth verification or proof of address verification, but not for both. This policy is in place to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Advice on providing the best quality documents• We need to see the whole document in one single picture with all edges visible.• Please ensure all writing is visible and nothing has been cut off the image.• Take the photograph directly above the document, in good light, on a flat surface.• The image is in focus and clear.
