You can withdraw from your account anytime, provided you have sufficient funds, aren’t bound by bonus wagering requirements and have no outstanding verification requests.

To make a withdrawal, navigate via My Account > Withdraw and enter the amount you wish to take from your balance. If your balance is less than £10, please get in touch with customer support.

The table below shows exactly how much you can withdraw as a minimum and a maximum in one transaction. It also shows the expected timescales.

We don't offer a cancel withdrawal facility, so withdrawals can't be cancelled.

To view your withdrawal history, navigate to My Account > History > Transaction history. 

Each withdrawal will have 'Pending' or 'Confirmed' next to it, both are explained below:

 

Pending	Confirmed
When you request a withdrawal, the funds will leave your account balance and the transaction will show as 'Pending'. From there it can take up to 24 hours for the funds to be processed.	Once the money has been sent, the transaction shows as Confirmed. Please see the table above for transfer timescales.
