Customers are only permitted to have one account with Virgin Bet. Any additional accounts created will be closed as duplicates.

If your account was closed due to self-exclusion or any other responsible gambling measure, any new accounts created during or after that period will be automatically closed.

Accounts with no activity for 721 consecutive days will be marked as dormant and closed in line with our Dormant Account Policy. Any remaining balance may be subject to monthly deductions.
