Desktop/Browsers Google Chrome Open Chrome. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner. Select More tools → Clear browsing data. Choose a time range (e.g. “All time”). Check Cached images and files. Click Clear data. Mozilla Firefox Open Firefox. Click the menu (three lines) in the top-right corner. Select Settings. Go to Privacy & Security. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and click Clear Data. Check Cached Web Content and click Clear. Safari (Desktop) Open Safari on your Mac. In the top menu, click Safari → Preferences. Select the Advanced tab and check Show Develop menu in menu bar. Now go to the top menu and click Develop. Choose Empty Caches. You can also clear browsing history by clicking History → Clear History…. iOS Devices Safari Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad. Scroll down and tap Apps. Scroll down and tap Safari. Tap Clear History and Website Data. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data. Chrome (iOS) Open the Chrome app. Tap the three dots at the bottom. Select History → Delete Browsing Data. Tap Browsing data. Select Cookies, site data and cached images and files. Tap confirm. Tap Delete data Android Devices Chrome (Android) Open the Chrome app. Tap the three dots (top-right corner). Select History → Clear browsing data. Choose a time range (e.g. “All time”). Check Cached images and files. Tap Clear data. Samsung Internet Open the Samsung Internet browser. Tap the three lines (menu) in the bottom-right corner. Select Settings → Personal Browsing Data. Tap Delete browsing data. Check Cached images and files. Tap Delete data.
