Motor Racing General rules * The race must be completed within one week of the scheduled start time for bets to have action.* If a race is abandoned/suspended before an official result is declared by the league’s governing body and not completed within one week of the official start time, all bets on that race will be void except bets on any markets which have been determined. eMotor Racing * Should any driver experience technical/connectivity issues during qualifying but take part in the race, then all bets will stand.* Should they take no part in the race following qualifying, bets will be void. Outright markets Championship outright * Predict which driver will win the championship for the specified competition.* Wagers will be graded as per FIA classification immediately after the final race of the Season and will not be affected by any subsequent penalties or demotions. Championship totals * Predict whether a rider/team will have total points over or under a specified figure after the last race of the championship.* Any subsequent appeals and/or disqualifications given after the final race to the tournament standings will not affect bets. Motorbikes championship * All-in compete or not.* Bets will be determined by the number of points accumulated following the podium presentation of the final race of the season and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries. Season Match Bets * If a driver or team is level on points then the driver or team who finishes higher in the championship will be deemed the winner. Season Qualifying Match Bets / Drivers Championship Without / Constructors Championship Without * If a driver is level at the end of the year, then dead heat rules will apply. Team/constructors’ championship * Predict which team will win the constructors’ championship for the specified competition.* Each participant is priced to be the top constructor over the Formula 1 season in accordance with Constructors Championship standings, and rules as specified by the FIA. Total Race Wins / Total Podium Finishes / Total Top 10 Finishes / Total Fastest Laps * Sunday Grand Prix only count, any sprint qualifying race will not be included in the total. All GPs scheduled need to be completed. Race markets Car To Set Race Fastest Speed * All bets are action regardless of certain drivers not starting the race. The fastest recorded speed by the FIA will count for settlement. Double Podium Finish * Both drivers must start the race for bets to have action. Double Top X Finish * Both drivers must start the race for bets to have action. Dual Forecast * Both drivers must finish in the first two in the race. Any other finishing position or retirement then the bet is a loser. Based on the result at the time of the podium presentation. Fastest Car During Test * All bets are action regardless of certain drivers not starting the test. Fastest lap set during all scheduled days will count. Fastest lap * Predict which driver will post the fastest single lap time during the race.* The official FIA result at the time of the podium presentation for the race will be used. Fastest qualifier * Predict on who will be Fastest in Qualifying.* Official lap times as recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement.* Drivers must record a lap time in the specified session of practice for bets to stand. Fastest qualifier and race winner * The market applies to the same driver achieving the following in the same Grand Prix: Winning the qualifying session and winning the actual race. Fastest qualifier without * Prediction of who will be the winner without certain drivers stated.* All race bets are settled on the official classification from the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the sport’s governing body, at the time of the podium presentation without race winner. Fastest qualifier team without * Prediction of who will be the team winner without certain teams stated.* All race bets are settled on the official classification from the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the sport’s governing body, at the time of the podium presentation without race winner. Fastest Pit Stop * Predict the driver who will have the fastest pit stop. The stationary time will count only. First retirement * Predict the driver or the car that will retire first.* First Retirement bets will have action once the 1st formation lap starts.* A winning bet is on the constructor or driver of the first car to retire. Should more than one car/driver retire on the same lap then dead-heat rules apply. Grid Position of the Winner * Predict the starting position of the race winner.* Settlement will be based on the driver’s final position on the FIA’s official classification at the time of the podium presentation and the driver’s grid position at the start of the race.* To receive a finishing position the driver must be a classified finisher in accordance with the FIA’s rules.* Any bet on a driver who is classed as retired on the official FIA classification and not given a finishing position is deemed a loser.* Any driver not starting the race from their designated grid position, including from the pit lane, will be declared void. Free Practice 1/2/3 Winning Car * All bets are action regardless of certain drivers not starting the event. Head-to-head * Both drivers must start the event for bets to have action.* If a driver fails to complete the event, the other driver in the match-up wager will be declared the winner.* If both drivers fail to complete the event, the number of full laps completed will determine the winner.* If both drivers fail to complete on the same lap, the official placing assigned by the league’s governing body will be used for settlement. Lead after 1 lap * Predict which driver will be leading after the stated lap has been completed.* For settlement purposes the winner is deemed to be the driver leading the race as they cross the start/finish line after one classified race lap (formation lap not included).* In the event of one lap not being fully completed all bets will be void.* In the event that a race starts under safety car conditions, bets placed on this market will stand. Lead after 5/10 laps * Predict which driver will be leading after the stated lap has been completed.* For settlement purposes the winner is deemed to be the driver leading the race as they cross the start/finish line after five/ten classified race laps (formation lap not included).* In the event of five/ten laps not being fully completed all bets will be void.* In the event that a race starts under safety car conditions, bets placed on this market will stand. Moto 125cc * Predict which rider will win the Moto 125cc championship. Any subsequent appeals and/or disqualifications given after the final race to the tournament standings will not affect bets. Moto 250cc * Predict which rider will win the Moto 250cc championship. Any subsequent appeals and/or disqualifications given after the final race to the tournament standings will not affect bets. MotoGP * Predict which rider will win the specified MotoGP race.* Any subsequent appeals and/or disqualifications given after the final race to the tournament standings will not affect bets. NASCAR * All markets will be initially settled based on the unofficial results sent out by NASCAR.*If, after post-race inspections are completed, there is any change in the official race result, all previous winners will stand and new winners will also be settled as won.* Any subsequent inquiries/disqualifications after the official post-race inspection will not affect settlement Other Motor Racing Leagues *All markets will be settled by the official results from the website of the league's relevant governing body at the time of the podium presentation. Any subsequent inquiries/disqualifications after the podium presentation will not affect settlement. Podium finish * Predict whether the specified driver will finish in one of the three podium positions.* The result forsettlementis at the time of the podium presentation.* Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets. Practice Winner * Predict on who will be Winner in the stated Practice session.* Drivers need to register one lap for bets to have action. Qualification Winning Team * Predict the team that will win qualification.* Official qualifying times as recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement.* For Fastest Qualifier and Qualifying Session 3 Winning Car markets, times recorded in the third session only count.* If for some reason the third session does not take place we will settle on the official grid as formed by the FIA.* Grid position penalties/subsequent disqualifications do not apply for settlement purposes. However, qualifying time penalties (as specified by the FIA) will.* Drivers must start the first session of qualifying for bets to stand. For fastest in qualifying session 1 and 2, drivers must start the specified session of qualifying for bets to stand. Qualification Winning Margin * Predict on the winning margin between winning car and others.* Bets will be settled on the official FIA result at the time of the podium presentation. Qualify For Q3 Shootout/ Both Cars Qualify For Q3 Shootout * Drivers/Teams who make Q3 will be settled as winners, any subsequent disqualifications will not count. For both cars to qualify for Q3 shootout, both drivers must start the qualifying session for bets to have action. Rally * All race bets are settled on the official classification as defined by the official race organizers and will not be affected by any subsequent enquiries. Race winner * Predict the player that will win the race* Non-Runner no-bet.* The podium positions will be used to determine the winner for betting purposes.* Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets. Race winner without * Prediction of who will be the winner without a leader completing the first position.* All race bets are settled on the official classification from the Federation Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), the sport’s governing body, at the time of the podium presentation without race winner Safety car during the race * This market will be settled on the appearance of the safety car on track at any point of the race.* For Settlement purposes, the virtual safety car will not count.* If it issued at any point in the race but the safety car does not make an appearance on track, then this will be settled as no safety car appearance. Starting Row of Winning Car * Official Starting Position/Not including Pre-race Tech Penalties. To Be Classified / Not To Be Classified / Number of Classified Drivers * The official FIA classification will be used when settling this market. Drivers who complete 90% race distance of the winner will be classified by the FIA. Top finish * Predict whether a driver will finish within and inclusive of the top stated position.* The result for settlement is at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals will not affect bets. Winning margin * Predict on winning margin between winning car and others.* Bets will be settled on the official FIA result at the time of the podium presentation. Winning nationality * Predict on nationality of the driver that will win the race. Winning team * Predict on race team winner.* All cars will be deemed as runners.* The podium positions will be used to determine 1st, 2nd and 3rd for betting purposes. Glossary Term Description Bet(s)/betting means each bet placed by you using your account and accepted by us via our app/website. The term ‘betting’ shall be construed accordingly. Dead Heat means an equal tie between two or more participants in a specified sporting event (most commonly horse or greyhound racing, but also possible in other betting markets such as athletics and golf). Settle means the outcome of any bet, including (if applicable) us paying winnings into your account balance if a bet settles in your favour. The terms ‘settled’, ‘settles’ and ‘settlement’ shall be construed accordingly. Void means where a benefit or action of your account is made null and void by us. This includes but is not limited to when a bet is cancelled following acceptance, where winnings are cancelled following settlement, or where a reward or bonus is cancelled at any time, in all such circumstances for any valid reason as specifically set out in any game terms or the sport rules.
