Why is my deposit not showing on my account? If you've tried to make a deposit and the funds are not showing on your balance, please refresh the page. This allows the display to update to show the most recent total. Please don't reattempt a deposit until you've tried refreshing, just in case they both go through. There is a number of reasons why deposits can sometimes be unsuccessful. The main cause is usually due to 3D authentication not being activated. Due to security reasons this option must be approved by yourself. To approve the 3D authentication please contact your bank provider. Once the 3D authentication has been approved and activated you will be able to deposit without any further issues. You may also be able to approve this via your banking app. Please note, any unsuccessful deposits made before approving the 3D authentication have not been removed from your bank balance. If you have made a deposit with a 3rd party card the funds will not show on your Virgin Bet account and will be sent back to that payment method within 1-3 working days.
