Face ID is an Apple feature and is only available on the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XR and iPhone X.

If you didn’t opt to use Face ID when first setting up your iPhone, you’ll need to enable it within the settings of your device. Go to Settings > Face ID & passcode > Set up Face ID and follow the instructions.

When you open the app for the first time, there will be a tick box underneath where you enter your username and password. As displayed on the screenshot below, the box will state ‘Log in with Face ID’. Once you tick this and log in as normal with your username and password, the Face ID pop-up will display and allow you to log in with Face ID.

The next time you open the app, you’ll be automatically logged in if Face ID recognises you.

Not at all, you can still use your username and password to log in.

You can turn off the Face ID function for Virgin Bet via the 'Face ID & passcode' option within the settings of your device. When you click on 'Other apps', you’ll see a list of apps compatible with Face ID and will be able to turn off the function as desired.
