To view your deposit history, including the time and date of any deposits made, navigate via More > History > Transaction history.
We ensure the funds are ready and waiting for you as soon as you make a deposit, but it can take a little time for the transaction to fully leave your bank. Depending on how fast the provider gets the money to us, there may be a difference of up to 48 hours between what's shown on your account balance and your bank statement.
If your deposit shows as 'Failed', it usually means the transaction has been declined by your payment provider.
