If you attempt to log in and see a message stating your username or password is incorrect, click on ‘Forgotten details?’ and follow the steps detailed to get back in the game.
I’ve forgotten my username / password, what should I do?
For security reasons, we don’t save customer passwords. But don’t worry, it’s nice and simple to reset your password should you go blank.
You can request a new one by clicking ‘Forgotten details?’ and doing the following:
- Enter your email address and date of birth, followed by the verification code displayed, then click ‘Continue’.
- After doing so, check the email account registered to your Virgin Bet account for our email containing your username and temporary password.
- Once you’ve logged in, you can change your password by clicking on More > My Account > Account details and clicking 'Password' from the top.
If you’re resetting your password and get an error on the first page, check the details entered are correct.
Should you enter your login details incorrectly three times, your account will be locked for 20 minutes. If you still encounter problems after trying again, please contact us for assistance.
I’ve forgotten my username or email address, what should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your username or email address associated with your account, email firstname.lastname@example.org, jump on live chat here or give us a call on 0808 169 7700. Your username will also usually be shown on emails received from ourselves in a grey header.
