Hit your new Spend control? We have updated our spend controls to make them more customer friendly. Instead of using a rolling 30-day period, we will now be using a calendar month to support you with tracking your spend on site. There may be cases where you reach your spend control earlier than expected. This could happen if you had a winning experience back in June but then used those funds again in the month of July. With the new calendar month format, only your spend from the 1st of the month onwards will be considered, without taking into account any positive wins before that date. During this transition period, some members might experience reaching their spend limit earlier than usual in the first month. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Please note that the spend limits will reset again on the 1st of August. We understand that this change might be challenging at first, but we believe it will ultimately benefit you by providing greater transparency in managing your overall spending moving forward.
